XJEEM Networks Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional and service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to create a positive first impression for visitors, customers, candidates and business partners.

The receptionist will manage the front desk, route communications, coordinate appointments and support routine office administration while maintaining confidentiality and a calm, welcoming environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, confirm appointments and notify the appropriate employee promptly.
  • Answer, screen and route incoming telephone calls and general email enquiries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow approved access and identification procedures.
  • Coordinate meeting-room schedules, interviews and customer appointments.
  • Receive and record courier, mail and document deliveries.
  • Keep the reception area organized, presentable and supplied.
  • Provide accurate directions and basic information about XJEEM services.
  • Assist with data entry, printing, scanning, filing and document preparation.
  • Support recruitment interview scheduling and candidate arrival coordination.
  • Escalate complaints, suspicious activity and urgent matters to the responsible manager.
  • Protect personal and business information discussed or handled at the front desk.
  • Provide backup administrative support when required.

Skills and experience

  • Clear, courteous and confident communication in English and Urdu.
  • Professional appearance and respectful customer-service manner.
  • Good telephone etiquette and active-listening skills.
  • Basic proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheets and shared calendars.
  • Accurate note taking, data entry and message handling.
  • Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods.
  • Punctuality, reliability and strong attendance.
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling visitors and confidential information.
