XJEEM Networks Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional and service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to create a positive first impression for visitors, customers, candidates and business partners.
The receptionist will manage the front desk, route communications, coordinate appointments and support routine office administration while maintaining confidentiality and a calm, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, confirm appointments and notify the appropriate employee promptly.
- Answer, screen and route incoming telephone calls and general email enquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and follow approved access and identification procedures.
- Coordinate meeting-room schedules, interviews and customer appointments.
- Receive and record courier, mail and document deliveries.
- Keep the reception area organized, presentable and supplied.
- Provide accurate directions and basic information about XJEEM services.
- Assist with data entry, printing, scanning, filing and document preparation.
- Support recruitment interview scheduling and candidate arrival coordination.
- Escalate complaints, suspicious activity and urgent matters to the responsible manager.
- Protect personal and business information discussed or handled at the front desk.
- Provide backup administrative support when required.
Skills and experience
- Clear, courteous and confident communication in English and Urdu.
- Professional appearance and respectful customer-service manner.
- Good telephone etiquette and active-listening skills.
- Basic proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheets and shared calendars.
- Accurate note taking, data entry and message handling.
- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods.
- Punctuality, reliability and strong attendance.
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling visitors and confidential information.
